A resolution of the mayor and city commission of the city of miami beach, florida, directing the city administration to work with the design consultant to explore modifications to the current construction drawings for fire station no. 1, which was approved for construction in flamingo park in the city of miami beach by the voters in the miami-dade county in a referendum on august 20, 2024, that could prevent partial shifting of the running track field within its current location to accommodate the new fire station, provided these changes do not significantly affect the cost or duration of the fire station no. 1 construction.
