Expand definition of quality-of-life issues requiring neighborhood notice

An ordinance of the mayor and city commission of the city of miami beach, florida, amending chapter 2 of the code of the city of miami beach, entitled “administration,” by amending article ii, entitled “city commission,” by amending section 2-17, entitled “residents’ right to know,” to amend the list of issues defined as “matters that impact residents’ quality of life” which require targeted neighborhood notice; and providing for repealer, codification, severability, and an effective date.
