Commission action on unspecified matter

A resolution of the mayor and city commission of the city of miami beach, florida, accepting the recommendation of the public safety and neighborhood quality of life committee, made at its march 22, 2023 meeting, to approve the establishment of a memorial plaque, located on the bridge at 17th street and purdy avenue, in memory of commissioner mark samuelian; setting a public hearing on may 17, 2023, pursuant to section 82-504 of the city code, to consider whether to approve the proposed memorial by a 5/7th vote; and directing the city clerk to provide public notice of a the hearing consistent with the requirements of section 82-504 (a)(6).
