Include Normandy Isles in Holiday of Miracles boat parade

A resolution of the mayor and city commission of the city of miami beach, florida, directing the city administration to collaborate with the organizers of the holiday of miracles holiday toy drive and boat parade (“boat parade”) to include normandy isles in the parade route and associated parade events, and to implement a citywide marketing campaign, in the discretion of the city manager, to promote the boat parade and the associated community watch party at normandy shores park; and further, directing the city administration to collaborate with the normandy shores park homeowners association to host and maintain event information about the boat parade and associated events on its website, to the extent feasible.
