A resolution of the mayor and city commission of the city of miami beach, accepting the recommendation of the city's finance and economic resiliency committee and approving, on first reading, pursuant to section 82-37 (a) of the city code, the sale of the vacant city-owned parcel located at 6175 pine tree drive for the total sales price of $3,650,000, provided that the proceeds from the sale shall be applied, in equal parts, to fund capital projects for the miami new drama cultural facility at the collins park garage and the byron carlyle theater; further, approving the vacant land contract, in the form attached to the city commission memorandum accompanying this resolution; and further, setting the public hearing and final reading of the vacant land contract for a time certain on september 14, 2022, subject to and contingent upon approval by a majority of the voters voting in a city-wide referendum to take place on august 23, 2022, pursuant to

section 1.
