Set 2023 city commission meeting dates

A resolution of the mayor and city commission of the city of miami beach, amending resolution no. 2022-32385, which approved the grant agreement between the city of miami beach and the parent-teacher association (the “pta”) for north beach elementary school (the “school”), for the sole purpose of reducing the original grant amount awarded from $100,000 to $75,000, in order to reimburse the pta for engaging an independent structural engineering and environmental consultant to assist in resolution of on-going building conditions in north beach elementary, in furtherance of the shared goal of protecting the students of the school; and further, providing for the grant monies to be reimbursed to the pta within thirty (30) days of the receipt of supporting documentation.
