Request judicial transparency on bail and bond reform administrative order

A resolution of the mayor and city commission of the city of miami beach, florida, requesting that chief judge nushin g. Sayfie of the eleventh judicial circuit in and for miami-dade county provide transparency in connection with the court’s proposed administrative order relating to bail and bond reform by providing the city with the current draft of the proposed administrative order and data and specifications regarding the proposed public safety assessment software tool, and by attending a publicly noticed meeting with participating members of the city commission, at any mutually agreeable date and location, to discuss the details of the proposed draft administrative order and the proposed psa software tool.
