A resolution of the mayor and city commission of miami beach, florida, accepting the recommendation of the planning board (the "board") at its july 26, 2022 meeting, for the board to evaluate and make recommendations to the city commission to incentivize the creation of affordable and workforce housing in the city of miami beach; and further, requiring that as part of this referral, any proposals or recommendations that involve amendments to the city charter be transmitted to the city's charter review board prior to consideration by the city commission, and that all proposals requiring voter referendum approval be submitted to the city commission for its consideration no later than may 31, 2023, prior to the deadline for placing voter referendum initiatives on the ballot for the november 7, 2023 election.
