A resolution of the mayor and city commission of the city of miami beach, florida, approving amendment no. 2 to the grant agreement, dated june 3, 2024, between the city and blue lab preservation society INC. ("grantee"), for the design and construction of the aquatic sculpture park project ("reefline"); said amendment revising the implementation schedule and budgets for phases 2 and 3 of reefline, as previously funded under the general obligation bond for arts & culture, with no additional city funding; and further, authorizing the city manager and city clerk to execute amendment no. 2, in a form approved by the city attorney's office, with grantee.
