A resolution of the mayor and city commission of the city of miami beach, approving the term sheet for the renewal of the agreement with design miami for the use of pride park for the design miami annual show for an additional five (5)-year term inclusive of five (5) consecutive annual shows from 2024-2028; further authorizing the administration to finalize the agreement based on the terms set forth in the term sheet, with final approval by the mayor and city commission.
