A resolution of the mayor and city commission of the city of miami beach, florida, accepting the recommendation of the finance and economic resiliency committee and approving a pilot program with pave mobility, at no cost to the city for a minimum of three (3) months and a maximum of six (6) months, to test the pave mobility license plate recognition system to detect payment compliance, disabled person parking permit abuse, scofflaws, and stolen vehicles at five (5) municipal parking lots, three (3) lots to be located in commercial corridors, one such lot to be lot p-71, and two (2) lots to be located in residential areas.
