A resolution of the mayor and city commission of the city of miami beach, florida, approving and authorizing (and, as to certain agreements, retroactively approving and authorizing) the city manager, or his designee, to apply for, and accept funding, execute any and all documents or agreements, and appropriate funding received by the city of miami beach in connection with the following grants, programs, and agreements: 1) florida department of transportation (FDOT), fy28 public transit service development program, in the approximate amount of $722,000; 2) united stations department of transportation (USDOT), safe streets and roads for all (ss4a) grant program, in the approximate amount of $2.4 million; and 3) the children's trust, in the approximate amount of $725,000.
