Commence design and development of unspecified project

A resolution of the mayor and city commission of the city of miami beach, florida, relating to city commission agenda items sponsored by the mayor or members of the city commission, and requiring the commission memoranda accompanying such agenda items to specifically disclose: (1) whether any lobbyist, including the principal for any lobbyist, has either requested for the sponsor to initiate the agenda item or has otherwise lobbied the sponsor in connection with the agenda item, and (2) if any lobbying has occurred, to specify the name(s) of the following entities associated with the item: lobbyist(s), principals, and individuals with a direct or indirect ownership interest of 5% or more in the principal, consistent with the lobbyist registration requirements of section 2-482 of the city code.
