Develop municipal garage beautification program with local artists and students

A resolution of the mayor and city commission of the city of miami beach, florida, directing the city administration to develop a municipal garage beautification program that engages local students, artists, business improvement districts (bids), neighborhood associations, and residents in creating murals and other creative visual interventions on municipal garages, at minimal cost to the city; providing that the city may cover basic material costs such as paint, and further directing the administration to report back to the city commission at the july 23, 2025 city commission meeting with an implementation plan, including timelines, initial sites, outreach strategies, and proposed guidelines for artist selection and mural themes.
