A resolution of the mayor and city commission of the city of miami beach, florida, directing the city administration to explore the utility and viability of dividers, partitions, or other protective materials for installation at beach entrances, on the retaining wall running alongside the beachwalk and its surrounding vegetation and landscaping, in order to aid in ameliorating the ongoing issue of individuals and groups of people congregating and obstructing the beachwalk at major points of ingress and egress to the city’s beaches; and further, directing the city administration to present its findings, along with any alternative option(s), to the mayor and city commission, including all costs associated with such project, as well as identifying a funding source and a plan for implementation.
