A resolution of the mayor and city commission of the city of miami beach, florida, directing the administration to take all necessary steps to implement irrigation, landscaping and lighting improvements in lummus park during the 2025 off-season as part of the voter- approved g.o. Bond lummus park enhancement project; and further, directing the administration to explore the possibility of landscaping the spoil area immediately west of the dunes as part of this project so that all 30 acres of lummus park may be fully utilized.
