A resolution of the mayor and city commission of the city of miami beach, florida, approving and authorizing the city manager to execute a temporary easement agreement with miami-dade county (county) for use of the access point and spoil area of the 46th street parking lot, for a period of nine (9) months, from july 29, 2023 through april 28, 2024, for equipment staging and access by the county or its designee, in connection with the placement of clean sand on the city's beaches under a united states army corps of engineers beach renourishment program.
