A resolution of the mayor and city commission of the city of miami beach, florida, calling for a november 8, 2022 city of miami beach special election, for the purpose of submitting to the electorate of the city of miami beach a question asking whether city shall increase maximum FAR from 2.0 to 2.75 in rps4 district in south of fifth neighborhood as an incentive for the conversion of existing hotel properties into residential use, if the property owner records a covenant prohibiting short-term rentals on the property.
