A resolution of the mayor and city commission of the city of miami beach, allocating up to $50,000 to sponsor musician nicole henry’s free 2023 summer concert in the city of miami beach at a to-be- determined venue and date, subject to proposed budget submitted by ms. Henry, and approved by the city administration; and further, to the extent that the summer concert will take place outdoors or require the use of city facilities or parks, waive special event and rental waiver fees for the event.
