A resolution of the mayor and city commission of the city of miami beach, florida, directing the city administration to allocate funding for salary and benefits for two (2) additional commissioner aides during the FY 2025 budget process for the two (2) members of the city commission specified in this resolution who did not previously elect to avail themselves of the funding allocation that was approved pursuant to resolution no. 2024-32956, in order to allow them to recruit additional staff to assist with carrying out their responsibilities to the public; and further, direct the city administration to work with the mayor's chief of staff to determine what additional funding is needed in FY 2024 and anticipated for FY 2025 and beyond to cover any other expenses associated with additional aides, including, but not limited to, office supplies and equipment.
