A resolution of the mayor and city commission of the city of miami beach, florida, requesting that the city of miami beach's regional postmaster take proactive action to maintain and upkeep the united states postal service offices located at 445 west 40th street and 1661 west avenue, and their surrounding grounds, with special attention to the landscaping and the alleys, to ensure that the properties are kept clean and properly maintained.
