A resolution of the mayor and city commission of the city of miami beach, florida, approving and authorizing (and, as to certain agreements, retroactively approving and authorizing) the city manager, or her designee, to apply for, and accept funding, execute any and all documents or agreements, and appropriate funding received by the city of miami beach in connection with the following grants, programs, and agreements: 1) united states department of agriculture, composting and food waste reduction program, in the approximate amount of $100,000; 2) u.s. Department of housing and urban development, through miami-dade county homeless trust, in the approximate amount of $63,000; and 3) u.s. Department of homeland security, fiscal year 2024 urban area security initiative grant program (uasi), in the total approximate amount of $260,000. Finance
