Host open house for community input on Collins Avenue property use

A resolution of the mayor and city commission of the city of miami beach, florida, directing the administration to organize and host an open house event located at 7605 collins avenue (the “property”) to facilitate a community discussion regarding potential future uses of the property; and further, directing the administration to promote and publicize the open house to ensure broad community participation and to provide an opportunity for residents and stakeholders to engage in meaningful dialogue; and further, directing the administration to report back to the city commission via a letter to commission with the results and feedback gathered during the open house event, along with any recommendations for next steps regarding the future utilization of the property.
