Approve $1 six-month temporary use license for Rhythm Foundation

A resolution of the mayor and city commission of the city of miami beach, florida, approving and authorizing the city manager to negotiate and finalize a six (6) month revocable license or temporary use agreement between the city of miami beach and the rhythm foundation, INC., for the temporary use of the ground-floor space located at 7605 collins avenue, at a nominal license fee of one dollar ($1.00); and authorizing the city manager and city clerk to execute the license or temporary use agreement in a form acceptable to the city attorney.
