A resolution of the mayor and city commission of the city of miami beach, florida, directing the city administration to install uplighting on the palm trees located on the stretch of española way between washington avenue and collins avenue to further beautify the area, as soon as reasonably feasible, and to inspect and ensure that all the existing wrap-around lighting along española way is functional; and waiving, by 5/7th vote, the requirement in section 2-14(d)(1)a of the city code to refer any agenda items in excess of $75,000 to finance and economic resiliency committee.
