A resolution of the mayor and city commission of the city of miami beach, florida, directing the city administration to engage a qualified consultant to prepare an economic impact study of a municipal paycheck protection program for local businesses within the south beach mixed-use entertainment district most affected by past spring break curfews, in anticipation of potential emergency curfew measures for future spring break periods; and further, directing the administration to identify funding for the study during the annual budget process at a cost not to exceed $75,000.
