A resolution of the mayor and city commission of the city of miami beach, florida, accepting the recommendation of the city manager, pursuant to request for proposals (RFP) no. 2022-320-wg for vision insurance benefits plan; authorizing the administration to negotiate with eyemed vision care, LLC, the top-ranked proposer; and, if the administration is unable to successfully negotiate terms with eyemed vision care, LLC, authorizing the administration to negotiate with national vision administrators, LLC, the second- ranked proposer; and, if the administration is unable to successfully negotiate terms with national vision administrators, LLC, authorizing the administration to negotiate with metropolitan life insurance company, the third-ranked proposer; and further authorizing the city manager and city clerk to execute an agreement upon conclusion of successful negotiations by the administration.
