A resolution of the mayor and city commission of the city of miami beach, florida, directing the city administration to assess and evaluate a potential grant program, and the costs thereof, for the purpose of providing financial support to property owners in the flamingo park neighborhood, in the vicinity of the future fire station 1 located at 833 6th street, with such financial support including, but not limited to, cleaning and repainting fees related to demolition and construction of the new fire station building, and installation of hurricane impact windows to minimize construction noise and future noises from fire sirens, with the details of the grant program, including the scope, eligibility criteria and other requirements subject to the prior approval of the mayor and city commission.
