A resolution of the mayor and city commission of the city of miami beach, florida, approving and authorizing (and, as to certain agreements, retroactively approving and authorizing) the city manager, or her designee, to apply for, and accept funding, execute any and all documents or agreements, and appropriate funding received by the city of miami beach in connection with the following grants, programs, and agreements: 1) u.s. Department of homeland security, through florida division of emergency management, flood mitigation assistance program, in the approximate amount of $840,000; 2) u.s. Department of homeland security, through florida division of emergency management, fiscal year 2022 building resilient infrastructure and communities program; in the approximate amount of $46.1 million; 3) sea turtle conservancy, sea turtle grants program, in the approximate amount of $25,600; and 4) u.s. Department of transportation, strengthening mobility; revolutionizing transportation grants program, in the approximate amount of $764,000; and 5) u.s. Department of homeland security, through florida division of emergency management, hazard mitigation grant program, in the approximate amount of $1,520,000; and 6) florida department of transportation, county incentive grant program, in the approximate amount of$1,650,000.
