A resolution of the mayor and city commission of the city of miami beach, florida, directing the city administration to take the following actions, notwithstanding any direction in resolution no. 2024-33263 to the contrary, for the 5th week of march 2025 spring break: (1) repeal the implementation of the high impact parking rate in city-owned and city-operated parking lots and garages and revert rates to the standard pricing applicable outside of high impact periods; and (2) lift the restrictions regarding on-street parking along ocean drive, collins avenue, and washington avenue, from 5th street to 16th street, thereby restoring normal public access to metered and permitted parking spaces.
