A resolution of the mayor and city commission of the city of miami beach, florida, approving an amendment to the special event frequency use chart in the city’s special event guidelines and requirements to authorize the city manager to permit utilization of up to fifty percent (50%) of pride park (eastern half) by miami beach convention center clients for commercial events beyond 75 days annually, where the economic and community impact is assessed by the city manager, in their sole discretion, to be in the best interest of the city.
