A resolution of the mayor and city commission of the city of miami beach, florida, authorizing the administration to engage in negotiations with di lido beach resort, LLC of a development agreement which would, among other terms, memorialize the framework for such lincoln road improvements, and further, directing the administration to further analyze all aspects of the potential pedestrianization of the 200 and 300 blocks of lincoln road, between washington avenue and collins avenue and the reduction of vehicular traffic east of collins avenue.
