Tracy slavens and ms. Ilana strickon, to develop a single family residence, requiring $3,650,000 payment to the city, to fund capital projects for the miami new drama cultural facility at collins park garage and byron carlyle theater, with the city retaining a 2,490 square foot easement for infrastructure/utilities, including waterway access.
