A resolution of the mayor and city commission of the city of miami beach, florida authorizing the miami beach police department to donate two (2) obsolete police prisoner transport vans, in "as is" condition, to the royal turks and caicos islands police force, with all costs surrounding such donation to be the sole responsibility of the royal turks and caicos islands police force.
