Appoint vice-mayor for term commencing April 1, 2024

A resolution of the mayor and city commission of the city of miami beach, florida, authorizing the city manager to apply for the florida department of emergency management weatherstem grant program and execute a memorandum of agreement for the purchase and installation of three weather stations in strategic locations across the city of miami beach, to provide useful and more localized data to the national weather service and the city's division of emergency management and other city departments in accordance with, and subject to, the general parameters and guidelines set forth in the commission memorandum accompanying this resolution.
