A resolution of the mayor and city commission of the city of miami beach, florida, authorizing the city manager, or designee, to select, negotiate, award, and reject all bids, contracts, agreements, and grant applications; renew existing contracts which may expire; and terminate existing contracts, as needed, from the last commission meeting on july 24, 2024, until the first regularly scheduled meeting on september 11, 2024, subject to ratification by the city commission at its first regularly scheduled meeting on september 11, 2024.
