A resolution of the mayor and city commission of the city of miami beach, florida, approving and authorizing the acceptance of donations from the barry s. Sternlicht foundation and barry and mimi sternlicht foundation, in the total amount of $20,000, for the city’s 2025 programming for community seniors; further, authorizing the city manager to appropriate such donated funds in accordance with the terms of the donor's gift, as specified in this resolution.
