A resolution of the mayor and city commission of the city of miami beach, florida, accepting the recommendation of the city manager, pursuant to invitation to BID (itb) no. 2022-214-wg public-private partnerships (p3) consulting services; prequalifying the initial pool of consultants: arup US, INC., cbre, INC., the concourse group, LLC, ernst & young infrastructure advisors, LLC, frasca & associates, LLC, img rebel advisory, INC., jacobs engineering group INC., jones lang lasalle americas, INC., kpmg llp, lambert advisory LLC, redevelopment management associates, LLC, and walker consultants, INC.; and further authorizing the city manager to keep the itb open for the purpose of prequalifying additional consultants, and delegating the authority to the city manager to add consultants to the pool provided that any such consultant meet the requirements of the itb.
