A resolution of the mayor and city commission of the city of miami beach, florida, establishing a procedure for each city commissioner to identify up to three priority items on each regular city commission meeting agenda that the commissioner wishes to present; providing that each commissioner may provide a ranked list of priority items in writing to the office of the mayor no later than 5:00 p.m. On the last business day before the city commission meeting; providing that the mayor shall use reasonable efforts to call each commissioner’s priority items, subject to applicable time limits in the city code; and providing for the order in which priority items shall be called.
