A resolution of the mayor and city commission of the city of miami beach, florida, authorizing the city manager and city clerk to execute a community aesthetic feature agreement with the florida department of transportation (FDOT), for the construction of the north beach entrance sign located within the FDOT right-of-way at the intersections of west bay drive and normandy drive (71st street); and further authorizing the city to provide a bond or letter of credit in the amount of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000), for the future removal of the entrance sign and restoration of the right of way, as may be required by FDOT.
