Conduct comprehensive citywide traffic study

A resolution of the mayor and city commission of the city of miami beach, florida, rescinding resolution no. 2023-32538, which requested for the city administration to conduct a study relating to the feasibility of a potential new flyover project at 63rd street and indian creek, and directing the city administration to use the funds contemplated for the flyover study to conduct a comprehensive traffic study of traffic issues throughout the city, to holistically evaluate and identify traffic mitigation options for all areas of the city.
