Approve construction manager agreement for police headquarters renovation

A resolution of the mayor and city commission of the city of miami beach, florida, approving the construction manager at risk agreement for the preconstruction services phase with ohla building, INC. (cmar agreement), pursuant to request for qualifications (RFQ) no. 2023-461-nd, for construction manager at risk (cmr) for the miami beach police department (mbpd) headquarters renovation project; authorizing the city manager and city clerk to execute the cmar agreement; and requiring the final guaranteed maximum price (gmp) for construction services be subject to the prior approval of the mayor and city commission.
