A resolution of the mayor and city commission of the city of miami beach, florida, approving and authorizing a license agreement (license agreement) between the city of miami beach (the "city") and florida engineering and development corp., a florida department of transportation contractor ("licensee"), to allow for the use by licensee of city land located on 86th street and collins avenue, described as lots 5 and 6, block 12, altos del mar subdivision number 2, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in plat book 4, page 162 of the public records of miami-dade county, florida, with an estimated area of +/-17,493.46 square feet, as a staging area to store equipment and materials for florida department of transportation ("FDOT") projects for the duration of approximately 420 days, effective february 1, 2024; and further, approving the waiver of a licensee fee in connection with the FDOT projects; and further, authorizing the mayor and city clerk to execute the license agreement.
