A resolution of the mayor and city commission of the city of miami beach, florida accepting, on a five-sevenths (5/7th) vote, following a duly noticed public hearing held pursuant to sections 7.2.16.2.a.2, 7.2.16.3.h., and 7.5.5.4.a.5 of the land development regulations, the recommendation of the planning board at its february 3, 2026 meeting and approving the proposed use of the city-owned property located at 1 ocean drive, miami beach (“property”), by boucher brothers pier park, LLC (“applicant”) in accordance with that certain concession agreement by and between the applicant and the city, approved by the mayor and city commission on october 18, 2023 via resolution no. 2023- 32825, to allow for the construction of a new two-story beach club facility to replace the existing structure at the property. 2:30 p.m. Public hearing applicable area: south beach city manager
