Authorize city manager to apply for and accept grant funding

A resolution of the mayor and city commission of the city of miami beach, florida, approving and authorizing (and, as to certain agreements, retroactively approving and authorizing) the city manager, or his designee, to apply for, and accept funding, execute any and all documents or agreements, and appropriate funding received by the city of miami beach in connection with the following grants, programs, and agreements: 1) florida office of attorney general, through u.s. Department of justice, victims of crime act (voca) FY 2025-2026 grant program, in the approximate amount of $444,000; and 2) florida department of law enforcement (fdle), drone replacement program, in the approximate amount of $225,000.
