Establish contractor pool for flooring materials and services

A resolution of the mayor and city commission of the city of miami beach, florida, accepting the recommendation of the city manager, pursuant to invitation to BID (itb) no. 2022-253-wg, to establish a pool of contractors for flooring materials, related supplies, and services, and approving the initial pool of contractors: a affordable carpet and maintenance, INC.; all things epoxy, LLC; commercial interior contractors corp.; and techgroupone, INC.; further authorizing the city manager to keep the itb open for the purpose of prequalifying additional contractors; and delegating authority to the city manager to add contractors to the pool provided that any such contractor meet the requirements of the itb, and to remove contractors for non-performance.
