Authorize negotiations for 17th Street right-of-way design services

A resolution of the mayor and city commission of the city of miami beach, florida, accepting the recommendation of the city manager to authorize negotiations relating to request for qualifications no. 2024-044-nd, for engineering design services for right-of-way improvements along 17th street from washington avenue to alton road; authorizing the administration to enter into negotiations with ces consultants, INC., as the top-ranked proposer; further, if the administration is not successful in negotiating an agreement with ces consultants, INC., authorizing the administration to enter into negotiations with cha consulting, INC., and stantec consulting services INC., as the tied second-ranked proposers; and further authorizing the city manager and city clerk to execute an agreement upon conclusion of successful negotiations by the administration.
