A resolution of the mayor and city commission of the city of miami beach, directing the city administration to immediately remove unnecessary digital message boards, traffic cones, construction cones, and temporary barricades located within the public right-of-way, except where such devices are required by law or to designate an active construction zone; further directing the city administration and the city attorney’s office to review applicable policies, codes, and practices and to recommend any necessary ordinance, policy, or procedural changes to reduce unnecessary visual clutter, preserve pedestrian accessibility, protect ADA access, and maintain the aesthetic quality and neighborhood character of miami beach.
