A resolution of the mayor and city commission of the city of miami beach, florida, directing the police department to enhance police visibility by ensuring that at least one (1) police officer is physically present and visible throughout the day and night, whether on foot, bicycle, segway, atv, or golf cart, in the city's critical commercial areas, including ocean drive, collins avenue, lincoln road, washington avenue, 41st street and 71st street, in order to boost business patronage, enhance public safety, and promote a positive experience in the city for residents and visitors.
