Negotiate amendment for French market events at South Pointe Park

A resolution of the mayor and city commission of the city of miami beach, florida, directing the city administration to negotiate an amendment to the concession agreement between the city and the french american association of crafts & trades corp. (“concessionaire”), previously authorized pursuant to resolution no. 2025-33566, to permit the hosting of two french market events per month at the south pointe park washington avenue entry plaza during the remainder of the six-month pilot program; and further, authorize the city manager and city clerk to execute the amendment.
